People – US – Humans – are dumb as rocks.
Dumb: lacking intelligence or good judgment; stupid; dull-witted.NO, Gary, not me, I AM…
Surrrrreeeee you are.
You are wrong, Gary, look at our mighty inventions and the wonderful things we have done and do.
Umhmmmm.
· Wax vax
· Chemo treatment
· Cordless drills and vacuum cleaners
· Cars that get 34 mpg and have for 60 years
Well, let us move on. I was watching National Geo recently
and thought “All creatures are subject to what we brilliant humans do to this
Earth (their habitat).”
How SAD.
For sake of discussion, let’s consider that the Earth IS millions
of years old, the non-humans are millions of years old and our specific human
species is 6,000 years old. It appears all were doing well until “we” showed
up.
Note: For you evolutionists, if we
progressed from apes to our current state, I suggest those apes that decided
NOT to evolve were more intelligent.
History records, we did fairly well respecting Earth and
non-humans for about 6,500 years; discounting the destruction of entire
populations during primitive wars.
Note: IF extraterrestrials have
been visiting us to “improve” us, their programs are no better than what we
already have.
During this past 500 years, we have gone from mildly
irresponsible to insanely destructive.
I am a Christian Pentecostal, husband, father, jack of
trades and happy retired dreamer. I also listen and consider the words people
say to me and believe they mean what they say. Uhhhh, many people don’t pay attention
to what they are saying and definitely do not mean what they say.
You may relate to my other roles, but wonder what a
Christian Pentecostal is compared to a Christian: · Baptist
· Lutheran
· Catholic
· Etc.
One major physical difference is, we eat more but like other Christians we enjoy condemning other Christians for being wrong. Soooo, we are different and we are alike.
Jesus told his original group:
Joh 13:34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
Joh 13:35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
I think I can safely say over 90% of us have experienced some NON love from other Christians. I think I may also say none of us have experienced non love from God/Jesus Christ, yet I know many having been hurt by people turned their backs on God.
IF you choose to live a life worthy of remembering, you will
probably be in the minority. If you choose to believe ALL the words written in
ALL the Bibles and what the authors wrote, then most certainly, you will be in
the 1%. What does this mean? You will be a person others want to follow and
emulate.
Considering how completely and perfectly imperfect we are, I
am confounded WHY a Perfect God did and does commit so much to us. Regularly, I
read or hear of the way God responded to a person or family need.
Summary: KJV

Names of God Bible
13 After having heard it all, this is the conclusion: Fear Elohim, and keep his commands, because this applies to everyone. 14 Elohim will certainly judge everything that is done. This includes every secret thing, whether it is good or bad.

13 Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind.

every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil.

Hebrews 12:14-15
New International Version (NIV)14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord. 15 See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

New International Version (NIV)31 Now eagerly desire the greater gifts. And yet I will show you the most excellent way.

The process of living a righteous life and having permanent residence in Heaven is really quite simple.
It has been a great week for us and I hope for you also. Exercise is still challenging.
YUP. . .hit the nail right on the head with this one. . .
